5. Reliability System

PodUp uses a reliability rating system based on attendance and behavior. Users who consistently miss sessions without notice or receive negative feedback may have reduced matching priority or face account restrictions.

• Impersonating other users or entities
• Using bots or automated systems to access the service
• Attempting to circumvent the matching system
• Spamming or soliciting other users
• Sharing content that violates intellectual property rights

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PodUp are owned by PodUp and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Game names and logos belong to their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

PodUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or suitability of any matched players. Use the service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

PodUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including any negative experiences with matched players.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or negatively impact the community. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of PodUp after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
